Timeout when executes a big query.

I have an C# application and I use MySQL to manage data. I have a stored procedure in my database which is a big query, and when I call this stored procedure from the application, I got te error: "Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding."

I try to execute this stored procedure from EMS MySql ManagerLite, but when I try it, the program not responses.

Before, when I have few data, the stored procedure works correctly. But now, when I have more data, I got the descripted problem.
