I assume you mean new instance on the same machine, rather than new schema within a single instance?

If you do mean the former, then you can do this in two ways - either running multiple agent processes (which allows you to use Query Analyzer for each instance if using the Proxy), or having a single agent process monitor multiple instances (however only one will be able to use Query Analyzer in this case).
