MySQL Proxy: Please add "check-devel" as another Dependency

+ Please add "check-devel" as another Dependency (on RHEL or CentOS you have to install this package manually).

+ when running "make distcheck", if MySQL account root@localhost have a non-empty password, pls use this: env MYSQL_PASSWORD="xxxxxx" make distcheck where xxxxxx is the password of root@localhost. If not, you will get failed test.
