Can't get Workbench to Pefrom Backups

OK I was using the old administrator and query browser to work with data on a remote RHEL box. Truth be told I liked the way that worked a LOT better than this new tool. There is a lot to be said for clean and simple which the old tools were. I would still be using them but I can't get them to work on a WIN7 box. Anyway, I cannot seem to figure out what I need to do to get the MySQL backups to work the way they used to in administrator. The SQL development side of workbench sort of does the tasks I used Query Browser for, but it is a lot more awkward to use. I'm not sure which side of the workbench is supposed to have the back up utility in it but I can't locate it or configure it. Any assistance would be appreciated.
