This worked for me:
1. Select your table, along the bottom select the 'Indexes' tab - it's directly to the right of the 'Columns' tab.
2. If you defined a primary key, it will be listed here. Double-click on an empty line and name your index.
3. Select 'UNIQUE' under 'Type' and select your column.
