where to I find and download "Migration Toolkit"?

Where to I find and download "Migration Toolkit"? I am having difficulty finding it. Has its functionality been folded into the "Workbench"?

I did a search on the downloads page, but the results page displayed a red X instead of the first 10 of 140 or so topics it found, so I couldn't see any results there.

I see folks here asking questions about it, but none of the posts I looked at reference where to find and download the tool!

(Goal is to migrate some MS Access tables into MySQL. Would prefer not to have to write VBA code to create .sql files...or some such method...if there is already a prebuilt and preferred way to do this!)
