Hi Phil,

have you solved your issue ? if not (I had the same issue), you may need to install both Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86) & (x64). Because Pyhton try to work with the sys folder SYSTEM32 (not teh SysWOW64). ;-)
