Re: Latest workbench connection error

Though I see the question has gotten many views but no replies. I am left with couple of choices
1. find older versions of Workbench (WB) for Mac
2. try debug what is going with the latest version.

With option 1 I couldn't find older versions for Mac on googling though I found some sites provided windows WB and http://dev.mysql.com/downloads/workbench/ has only latest version (5.2.44). Let me know where I can download 5.1.18 or earlier.

With option 2, "Test connection" works fine while setting up the new connection upon which WB stores this connection and it shows up under "SQL Development" - "Open connection". And on clicking it seem to be not passing the stored password. Can I force WB to ask for password each time instead of it assuming "no password"?
