Hi Jay,
this message only means you have (for whatever reason) no connection assigned to your server instance. To solve this open the instance manager (home screen, right column, last entry). Select your instance and assign the proper connection from a list of existing connections using the drop down control. Close the manager and try opening the instance as usual.
