Hi,

I'm sorry, I indeed forgot to mention the obvious solution first: in the connection manager you can set WB to use the old auth protocol for a connection. For this open the "Manage Server Connections" dialog. On the "Connections" tab there's a sub tab named "Advanced". On this tab there's a checkbox "Use the old authentication protocol". Check this and try the connection again.
