Steve,
I proceed as follows :
I've uninstalled all MySQL components
I reboot
I install WB directly with this url :
http://dev.mysql.com/get/Downloads/MySQLGUITools/mysql-workbench-community-6.0.7-win32.msi/from/http://cdn.mysql.com/
Some components are missing
So uninstall WB, reboot PC, install the missing components (like Visual C++ and .NET 4 something like that), install WB again. And then WB is OK.
