Umm... let me answer please, seems i have same difficulty.
Coz old home screen provided self-explanained functionality. See, for me, as relatively new in data bases and completely neewb in MySQL was little hard to understand how to reconfigure server with GUI. It takes time to get familiar with old version, find there is no documentation to 6.x WB, reading WB blog and find a small issue - Instance paradigm is no longer.
Hope i've explained something :)
Anyway, i still can not find how to reconfugure Windows Services with GUI.
