Hi,

those snippets are what you should use to organize your own queries. You can either use the toolbar buttons or the context menu for a snippet to execute it, append it to the current editor or completely replace the content of the current editor. Double clicking it is meant to give you a quick view of the snippet and to change it, if necessary.

And yes, there's no way currently to organize your snippets beyond the main categories. We have plans to improve on that. If you have specific wishes then don't hesitate and open features requests for them in our bug tracker.
