David,

looks like retrieval of procedures fails for some reasons which is why WB assumes there have been changes. Can you investigate a bit more what's going on with the procedures. Also use the SQL IDE to view the content of your schema that you want to rev eng. Does the SQL IDE show procedures? Can you open them for editing?
