I understand you want a bug report, but I need to get up and running through any means necessary. Can you please tell me how I can turn on debugging/error logs to find out where the point of failure is? The fact it detects all 72 routines yet only transfers 4 (with no error message) should provide some idea of where the point of failure is.
Also if you want me to run any MySQL DBA SPs to check object values/details, please let me know. I'm wondering if somehow these routines are flagged with some strange security setting or whatnot.
