Hey Yong,

you are assuming the question is about how to open a table in MySQL Workbench. This is however not remotely clear. To me it sounded like a question for how to get the Sakila database content (otherwise the question would have been about any data).

For you information: MySQL Workbench has that "right click a table and show it's content" feature. It's just named a bit differently ("Select Rows"). Open a connection, expand the schema tree to the tables node and right click a table.

For the horizontal scrolling of wide resultsets: if you don't have a horizontal scrollbar then you may have hit a bug. Please file a bug report with your details, so we can take a look.
