Hi,

It seems you have not enough memory to allocate buffer variable. So can you check how many free memory and swap do you have when migration fails?
Also, please check 'Enable debug output for table copy' on 'Data Transfer Setup' step of migration wizard and send me log.
Issue with 'invalid timestamp literal detected' is already reported at http://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=71350 - feel free to leave your comment there.
