about when start workbench,the script will always open

Hello everyone
I'm a new user
I found a question....
When my workbench crash...I restart workbench, but the script is auto open ...
It's a good design ....
But when workbench crash many times,the auto open script is have too much..
Most of them are repeat....
How can I delete this auto open script or cancel the settings??
