Usability issue with linking primary to foreign keys

I am trying to create a primary-to-foreign key association using mySQL workbench, and, I am finding problems, because the graphical user interface does not allow me to select the columns that I require according to my documented data model.

This forum does not appear to allow uploading of attachments unfortunately however, in order to create a data model one has to create a table and then seek to link the primary to foreign key associations.
