Re: Database but no data?

In the MySQL model page in the tab for physical schemas when you click on a table it "opens" up in another tab at the bottom of the page. In this tab it allows one to import data into the table via the "Inserts" tab. I have done this for a couple tables.

How then do I get my database - with data inside it - to export in toto, specifically to QGIS? I'm clearly missing something somewhere. I don't understand how I'm supposed to be able to show schema here. I can show you the SQL for the database, but it doesn't have data in it. I can open up my .mwb and see the data I inserted and yet when I try to export/import the whole thing to QGIS only the database "shell" shows up, not the data.

I'm thoroughly flummoxed. I only have two schema/databases in MySQL and one is the sakila one that came with the software, the other is the one I made, so it cannot be that I'm just missing/using the wrong database in export.

I've read through a bunch of instructions and either I'm missing something or I'm just not understanding. There's got to be a clear set of instructions for being able to take the whole database WITH the data inside it and be able to put it into a GIS and see ALL of the data that was inserted in Workbench. So far I'm not seeing this.
