Hello Arthur

based on your description it seems the problem is related to this bug: http://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=74147 which is already fixed in the recent Workbench version. So I'd like to ask you to upgrade your Workbench to the latest GA version which is 6.3.3 and let us know if that was the problem.
