looking for a book workbench

hello
I am new to the topic of workbench and want to teach myself more about it. I currently downloaded the latest version of MySQL Community Server and Workbench. I am trying to find a current book on the subject of workbench with or without any instruction of MySQL. I am looking for something going in the direction of a training guide and not a reference manual. Once again something I can follow along with but staying within this subject. Can all please provide me with as many options that are available while looking for something current. Thank you.
