I'm afraid there's nothing you can use ad hoc.
Even that Table Import/Export Wizard is made as a Python Workbench Plugin, differences between version 5.2 and 6.3 are huge so it wont be possible to get it working out of the box without fixing a lot of parts of the old code.
The best option for you is to upgrade to get new features. You can also try to use Workbench from your machine with ssh tunnel option.
