Hello Santoshi
please fill up bug report using: bugs.mysql.com.

Please add also additional files:
- sample script file for ER diagram with the data you've tried to reverse engineer (you can make it private)
- wb.log file that can be found using: Help -> Show Log.

It would be good if the wb.log file would contain all debug info which can be enabled when you start workbench with --log-level=debug3 command line switch or can be set in the preferences.
