What can I do with Workbench?

So far I've seen:

Workbench:input("Text") that shows an input dialog with "Text" title and returns the text entered into the dialog

Workbench:confirm("text","text") that shows a confirmation dialog.

Workbench:copyToClipboard("text") that copies text to the clipboard.

However I failed to find any document about other capabilities.
