This is totally unusable. I am using several tables with millions of records and every change to a table to add an index, add a field, do an update fails after 600 seconds with a lost connection.

Do you guys actually use this tool for any real-world work?

What is happening with the user-configurable timeout settings? A setting such as this should NEVER be hardcoded.
