I encountered this problem, too. I spend one afternoon to fix it. the solution is to download a old version of visual studio tools for office. I am in China. You can doanload from this website, but the website is in Chinese. http://down.tech.sina.com.cn/content/50530.html
you just need to click on the blue icon "click downloading", then choose the "64位-新浪本地下载". Install it, then your problem will disappear soon
