Service will not start

Hello,

I have been running MYSQL on a windows server 2008 r2 box for a couple years now, no problems. All of a sudden yesterday after a restart of the server the MYSQL service will no longer start. I get the following error:

I can not figure out the problem. PLEASE HELP!
