Forget another further info for you.
I've this Problem on Win 7 Pro 64Bit AND Win 7 Pro 32Bit (if it is interesting) (latest installer without - afaik - Problem was with 5.6.14 which means Installer 1.3.2
So, Update from 1.3.1 to 1.3.2 works fine but the following not...
