Hi, you may want to take a look at this links, it seems like is a registry key causes a known common issue with HP computers:

As an ultimate resource (usually not recommended), if nothing from above suggested worked, please browse for C:\ProgramData\MySQL\MySQL Installer\Product Cache and run the product(s) msi(s) you want to install one by one.
