Well, Just to anyone that have same issue, finally I installed MySQL Utilities
http://dev.mysql.com/downloads/tools/utilities/
and use mysqlfrm to retrieve InnoDB schema, you can get the whole database definition and map to a sql.

Data was lost for ever! If you are tired, close to a pre-launching, need to implement memcache api, you don't have a back up of your development machine, you are tired to read every doc.. you will be finish as it! by the way, memcache api is not supported in windows :-(.
