Product Catalog Not Up to Date

I'm running version 5.6.22 of community on Windows 7 ( and Windows 2008R2). Windows Installer doesn't pick up the new 5.6.23 release. Yes, I've used the catalog link and it seems to go through the motions without any errors, but doesn't pick up any new versions to install. I've tried installing the new Installer but it does the same thing. Suggestions??
