Install MySQL server using command prompt

Dear all,
I would like to install MySQL server using command prompt. According to this page(
http://dev.mysql.com/doc/mysql-installer/en/MySQLInstallerConsole.html ), MySQLInstallerConsole is the exe that can help to install using command prompt. There stated that the exe located at C:\Program Files (x86)\MySQL\MySQL Installer\ , but i cannot found the exe in the location. May i ask where i can get the exe so that i can start studying on how to install MySQL using command prompt?
