MySQL for Excel - 5.5.28.3 - Does not show up in Excel 2010 - Windows 8

I have installed the complete 5.5.28.3 msi package and updated it with the 5.5.29.0 msi package. I noticed that MySQL for Excel is checked true for installed however, I can not find it in Excel.

I have Excel 2010 installed in the new Windows8 (64bit) OS. I have looked for the add-in in the Data Tab and in the add-in sections and have not found anything.

Does anyone have any ideas?
