The package "Visual Studio Tools for Office 2010 Runtime" must be installed now

When I install mysql,it says that "The package "Visual Studio Tools for Office 2010 Runtime" must be installed now".I have installed visual studio2010,but the tools can't be recognized. I tried to uninstall it and let the mysql download the tool itself. Then the endless loop occured.I even reinstalled my os,microsoft.net4. it didn't work.The environment is:win7 32bit, excel2010, mysql 5.6(other version failed too)
