This is the first time we hear of that problem.
Do you have any other Excel add-ins installed besides MySQL for Excel?
Looks like maybe another add-in could be conflicting.
Definitely sounds like a bug so please feel free to raise one in bugs.mysql.com, just please bear in mind that you need to specify specific steps for our staff to reproduce your problem, hence my inquiry about checking if you have any other add-in installed that could be conflicting with MySQL for Excel.
