Timeout expired.-error Mysql for Excel 1.2.x on windows 7 with office 2010

Hi

I am getting an error while connecting to database tables through MySQL for Excel add in.

error is as follows:

"An Error Occured.
Press Back to Continue

Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding."

By doble clicking on connection i am able to connect to my database,but i am notable to access the tables in the database.Getting error at that time.

what will be the reason?
