MySQL For Excel 1.3.2 Not Working after Install

I recently installed updates to several MySQL for Windows products. Unfortunately, the only application that is now not working is MySQL for Excel. When I initially hit the button the data ribbon in Excel, I received an error message, the add-in was removed (unfortunately, I didn't save the error message). I tried to uninstall it through MySQL Installer and through the MySQL for Excel installer and I get a failure message. I have also tried to repair it, but no luck there. I have also run the VSTO file, and I get the error message "MySQL.ForExcel.dll.config did not succeed". A prior forum post said I didn't need that file, but I am not sure how to proceed. I also removed the MySQL for Excel 1.2 registry entry as instructed by a different forum post.
