I'm running Windows 7 x64 and running mysql 5.6 on local pc so i don't really need remote monitoring..

and "netsh" is no longer supported by microsoft...

IMPORTANT: netsh firewall is no longer supported;
instead use netsh advfirewall firewall.
For more information about using netsh advfirewall firewall commands
instead of netsh firewall KB article 94770
