MySQL and ZoneAlart

I'm running a local MySQL on my Windoze XP (SP2) box (sorry), and it seems to be being upset by ZoneAlarm (5.5.062.004).

If ZoneAlarm is enabled I can't contact the MySQL server.

Can someone please tell me how to have these two run at the same time please?
