Post-Upgrading Problem

hi everyone
I just upgraded my server to 5.0.2.
In fact I uninstalled the previous one (4.1.9) and installed the one.

Whenever I wanna connect to server with any administration client like "MYSQL Administration" or "SQLYOG" (for example get the list of mysql database Tables), I recive an exception that means I've been disconnected from server and the related service has been stoped when the application was fetching database schema.

I mean, I can not fetch database schema from 5.0.2 when I'm using administration tools.
Did u see this problem and what did u do?
