MySQL Forums :: General :: With fulltext, is it possible to increase the relevance depending on the field where the hit occurs

I have a fields in my fulltext search name, and tags. I would like to be able to give a higher hit percentage if the hit occurs in the name then in the tags. Is it possible to assign a hit a higher value if it occurs in one field as opposed to another.
