MySQL Forums :: General :: Escape database name when using mysqldump

Hello,

MySQL allow creating database with special chars like quote ("), single quote (') in the name.

I know how to support a DB name with only " or only ':
mysqldump --databases "test'"
or
mysqldump --databases 'test"'

But how can I execute mysqldump when the DB name has both chars?

test`and"


Note: I cannot control the DB name so it can be anything that MySQL supports.
MySQL version 5.5
