Automatic incremental backup to secondary server

I would like to do an automatic incremental backup of my MySQL DB to a secondary server on a daily basis. The two DB's need to be synchronised. When I say incremental, I mean I only want to add the differences without having to backup the entire contents every time.

Questions:

1.) Is it possible to do an incremental backup?
2.) How do I configure an automatic backup to a secondary server (different IP).
