MYSQL and compliance with FISMA controls

Hello,

Has anyone had experience with getting through FISMA compliance with MySQL? Specifically, the following FISMA controls are challenges:

IA-5 (password lifetimes)
IA-5(1) Password complexity
AC-2(3) Inactive account disablement
AC-7 (lockout on failed login attempts)
AC-8 (customized login banners)
SC-7 (session timeouts)

I am curious to know how other MySQL users may have implemented these controls. I know that MySQL is very widely used in U.S. Government environments so I am sure these have been addressed somewhere.
