Set 'lower_case_table_names' only for a specific database?

Hi,

we are using some programs that needs the option "lower_case_table_names=1" to be enabled in MySQL, but now we must install another program that only works when "lower_case_table_names" is set to "0".
Is there a way to set the "lower_case_table_names" option only for a specific database? If not, is there any way to get both databases running on the same server, or must i install another MySQL server for the new program?
