I understand that the indexes are because the table houses vary different data. Different scripts leverage different fields. Never does any of the querys leverage 16 different fields in the where statement
for instance Site_Open is a index, Site_State is a index, Site_Type is a index and various programs leverage that field in the where statement (no relationship to the other fields) or potentially a where site_state=xx and site_Status=xx
