MyISAM Indexes corrupting easily

Hi All,

I have a few servers running on CentOS 4.6 Kernel 2.6.9-67.0.1.ELsmp running mysql Ver 14.12 Distrib 5.0.54, for redhat-linux-gnu (i686) using readline 5.1. They are all the same environment. However, one server continues to have corrupt indexes everyday. The log says "Table './{removed}' is marked as crashed and should be repaired"

This happens quite often, even after running REPAIR TABLE. This only appears to be happening on databases that are used by blogging or CMS applications. I can provide any information needed to help diagnose the issue, if anyone can help. If I need to run MySQL Commands, please let me know the anticipated result and its impact.
