Out of luck.

TRUNCATE resets the size of the MyISAM data file to 0 bytes. The data is temporarily there, but it would take a disk recovery system to find it -- maybe.

PURGE probably threw away many of the INSERTs into the table; maybe some are still in the remaining binlog(s).
