Mmh... at my site it never happened again since my last post. But we're on 5.0.18 right now. And things have stabilized quite a bit anyway since 5.0.15. And then of course I don't run my CHECK TABLE script anymore that frequently (probably something similar to your PHP script, just in Perl).
